We Currently accepting Self-pay with the fees schedule, we are also actively working on accepting (Aetna, Optima, United & Medicare), contact us to set an appointment.
Other insurance pending acceptance Anthem Blue cross BlueShield, Tricare, Medicad, Cigna
Initial Evaluation is about 60min – 90min Including PT Assessment + Dry Needling if needed; Complete Physical Therapy Assessment with signs & symptoms as well as care plan and home exercise with initial treatment.
PT Screen is about 30min and includes System overview with patient discussion & consultation.
PT Follow up could be about 30min for $50 or 60min for $100 depending on type of treatment and services required; Continue to follow plan of care, adjusting treatments to allow for progression, & home exercise plan and education.
Walk-ins & Scheduled are welcomed. We have the following pricing:
New Patients: $45 ( ~30min including initial evaluation)
Existing Patients: $35 (~15min no evaluation)

Your first visit to our clinic will involve a thorough initial evaluation. This evaluation typically lasts for about an hour. Following the initial evaluation, we will design a treatment plan that’s suited to your individual requirements. This plan will be based on a comprehensive assessment that covers various aspects of your health. We take a holistic approach to pelvic therapy, considering not just the physical but also the emotional and lifestyle factors that might contribute to your condition.
After your initial evaluation, we will provide you with a clear schedule for your upcoming visits. This schedule will be based on your treatment plan and availability. We’re here to support you on your journey to improved pelvic health. If you have any questions or concerns along the way, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your well-being is our priority, and we’re committed to helping you achieve the best possible results.
Currently, we operate on Medicare and cash basis only we can also do Super Bill that could potentially be reimbursed by your current insurance depending on your plan. We’re actively working to accept more insurance plans in the future.
We are pleased to offer the preparation of a comprehensive super bill, inclusive of all pertinent physical therapy documentation, upon your discharge. This valuable documentation can be readily submitted to your insurance provider to facilitate the reimbursement process.
We do more than Pelvic therapy! we are currently offering also Lymphedema treatment and we continue to add more as we grow our team.
